1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AsDigi Inc ("AsDigi", "we", "us", "our"), the developer of the AsTivi application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, or by visiting astivi.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AsTivi.
2. Description of Service
AsTivi is a media player application. It does not provide, host, or distribute any content, or grant access to any media streams. To watch anything, you must add your own playlists. Any purchase, activation code, or subscription unlocks application features only; it does not include, or provide access to, any channels, streams, or media content of any kind.
3. Your Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for any content you add to AsTivi. By using this app, you affirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or have obtained the necessary licenses or permissions for all content you add, and that any playlist you load is legally obtained and compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding media use and distribution.
- You will not use AsTivi for the unauthorized streaming or downloading of copyrighted material, or to access or distribute content that otherwise infringes on the rights of others.
4. No Endorsement of Third-Party Content
AsTivi does not host, provide, or control any third-party content. Inclusion of a playlist in AsTivi does not constitute endorsement of its contents, and we have no relationship with the providers of any content you add. All responsibility for content lies with the content provider or the user who supplied the playlist.
5. License
AsTivi grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Where offered, AsTivi may provide one-time purchases (such as activation codes), lifetime purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. A one-time or lifetime purchase is a single payment with no recurring charges. An auto-renewing subscription renews automatically for successive periods of the same length as its billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The available plans, their billing periods, and their prices are shown at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time: for purchases made through an app store, in your account settings with that store; for purchases made directly or through a reseller, as described at the point of purchase or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not shorten the period you have already paid for. If the renewal price changes, we or the app store will notify you in advance as required by applicable law.
7. Refunds
Purchases made through a third-party app store are subject to that store's refund policy; please contact the store of purchase to request a refund. For purchases made directly from us or through a reseller, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds case by case in response to support requests. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital content, where such rights have not been validly waived at the time of purchase.
8. No Warranty
AsTivi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with any specific content or service, or that the app will meet your requirements. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsDigi and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages arising from content you access through the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for any costs or damages arising from claims related to content you add to the app. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms or your use of the app. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
11. Time Limit for Claims
Any legal claim against AsDigi related to your use of the app must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. This time limit does not apply where a longer period is required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
12. Copyright Notices
AsTivi does not host or store any media content. If you believe that content accessed through the app infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@astivi.app with a description of the claimed infringing material, the location where it appears, and your contact information. We will cooperate in good faith with rightsholders and act in accordance with applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
14. Termination
You may stop using AsTivi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those on your responsibility for content, limitation of liability, and indemnification — continue to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example within the app or on our website. Your continued use of AsTivi after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
17. Language
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In case of any difference between versions, the English version prevails.
